o If you cannot attend BEFA 2018, you may transfer your registration to another attendee, request a refund or leave the fee paid as a payment for the next annual BEFA.
o For cancellations received on or before 45 days prior to the 6th May 2018 (event start date), there will be no penalty. The full amount minus a 10% processing fee will be refunded.
o A cancellation fee of 50% will be applied to cancellations received between 44 to 21 days before the 6th May 2018 (event start date).
o No refund will be issued for any cancellations received less than 21 days before 6th May 2018 (event start date).
o Refunds may be granted if an attendee cannot attend due to a family death, illness or other extraordinary circumstance. In such a circumstance, an application must be given in writing and the circumstance will be evaluated by the BEFA organising committee.
